PRODUCTION PROCESS
We take care of every detail in our process, which reflects the commitment and dedication in the preparation of our potatoes. From cutting to packaging, every step is done with precision to ensure exceptional quality and taste. We invite you to discover, through a visual tour, what makes our product unique.
1. Cultivation
Our potatoes come from the finest fields across the peninsula and surrounding areas, grown with care by farmers we have worked with for over 30 years.
2. Conservation
Once transported to our factory, the potatoes are stored in optimal conditions and temperatures to ensure their freshness while waiting for the perfect moment for their preparation.
3. Peeling
The process of creating our potatoes begins with peeling, carefully removing any imperfections to ensure a clean, ready-to-work product.
4. Cutting
We precisely slice our potatoes into thin slices. The ideal thickness to achieve a very crunchy texture.
6. Frying
We fry them in the traditional way in large pans, with constant manual control to ensure their consistency, texture and unrivalled flavour.
7. Drained
We remove excess oil very carefully ensuring a perfect balance in flavor intensity.
8. Dressing
With just the right touch of salt, the potatoes gain the final touch that enhances their original flavour.
10. Selection
A rigorous control ensures that only potatoes that meet our quality standards become part of our final products.
11. Packaging
The potatoes are carefully prepared for packaging, ensuring that each product is clean, consistent and ready for its final presentation.
12. Packaging
Finally, they are carefully placed in boxes ready to be distributed, ensuring that the product arrives in perfect condition, as if it had just left the factory.
